We are happy to accept returns on full price Collection items, One Off Beauties, Diamonds and Limited-Edition pieces within 14 days of you receiving your order provided they have not been resized. Any products purchased from our Birthday Sale are only available to be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Please note that earrings and custom pieces are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Any item purchased on sale is not eligible for a refund, instead we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange (of equal or higher value), within the 14 day return period. Custom pieces, earrings, gift cards, resized items, samples and “Not Quite Right” sale items are not eligible for returns.
