During her three years living in Indonesia, Millie met and trained talented, local artisans who now run the Bali studio independently. Reflecting Mille’s commitment to sustainability, the team craft the core collection from 100% recycled silver. These women were instrumental in shaping Millie’s experience in Indonesia and have been key to the business's growth.

Based out of the Fitzroy HQ, the dream team manages sales, operations and logistics, allowing Millie to focus on creating One Off Beauties and custom commissions at her bench. We also have retail angels representing Millie across Australia, bringing some magic to Byron Bay and Moorooduc. On the other side of the world, we have a small but powerful team in London, bringing some sparkle to all you Brits.
